Terms of Service

To commission me, please fill in the form at the end of this page.By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions and will be held accountable if any terms are violated. Exceptions may be agreed upon during private communication and discussion (Instagram DM’s @iiscloudz or email [email protected]).

GENERAL

I have the right to reject the commission for any reason.Prices are subject to change based on the complexity of the request.Photo references will be required.Please do not commission me if you have a deadline. I do not work well under pressure but you can of course ask about the process.Please keep in mind that my art is frequently evolving, so there might be slight differences between the examples and the illustration you will receive.

Payment

- I will only be accepting payments through PayPal or Venmo. Local commission can be paid through ATH Móvil.- Commissions will be paid 100% upfront.- I will let you know if your commission request has been accepted.

Copyright and Usage

- I Reserve the right to cancel and refund the commission order at any time and for any reason.- I will retain all rights over the commissioned artwork and may post it on social media (with a watermark).-Absolutely NO NFTs. I do NOT consent to NFTs. If my artwork gets converted into an NFT I will take legal action.- You CANNOT use my art or name to train or influence Al art generators under ANY circumstances.- I will not sell your commission to someone else unless you, as the customer, violated any of the terms.- You may upload the artwork you commissioned on social media giving proper credit.- You may NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork (reselling, prints, etc).- You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.- You may NOT remove my signature from the artwork.- You may NOT claim the artwork as your own.
